Fantasy character concept. Light infantry type, very mobile.
I call this one the "steppe Japersian," inspired by Japanese and central Asian clothing, arms, and armor.

The costume is heavily influenced by Japanese armor, especially the cording and the kimono. The arms are primarily Central Asian and Indian, as well as the fighting style. The...umm..floating crotch gorget is all original as far as I know.
